我们可能处在第二次世界大战结束以来最危险、最不可预测、同时也是最重要的十年中。西方一手遮天统治世界的时代已经结束了，世界上的大多数国家不想再忍耐下去了。这是新时代的主要矛盾。引用一句经典的话说，这在某种意义上是一种革命性的形势，精英们已经不能，而人民则不愿意照旧生活下去了！
